In-Person Astrology Readings in Minneapolis, MN:
How can I be more fully present to the lessons my life is trying to teach me?How can I live my life with more intention, congruent with my values and integrity, even when things are difficult?
Despite all the chaos in my life and in the world, how can I move in the direction of healing? And how can I help others along the way?
These are the questions I began asking myself in the fall of 2014, after a life-changing injury left me struggling to walk again and I began questioning everything I thought I knew. (To learn more about me, head over to the About page.)
I thought: How can I move forward? What now?
Have you ever felt like this? Called to create a foundation that promotes and sustains learning, healing, and growing – but stuck in place?
If these questions resonate – if you, too, find yourself wondering what the patterns in your life are trying to teach you – then an astrology reading may help!
A hybrid session offers a unique combination of a mini astrology tutorial combined with a tailored reading focused on your individual birth chart.
Together, we’ll go over what the planets, signs, and houses reveal. Then, I fold the reading into that: What themes and stories do your birth chart sing? How are the planets “talking” to each other? And what’s the energetic focus for the upcoming year?
Astrology is complex, but our time together will give you the tools to begin to understand the stars.
The hybrid session is time-intensive: We’ll set aside 2.5 - 3 hours for learning and conversation, and you’ll walk away with 20 - 25 pages of personalized information, which you can refer back to in the months to come.
In the spirit of full disclosure, there’s a downside: It’s a lot! But if you’re the type of person who enjoys focused learning combined with self-reflection, folks have told me this offering is incredibly valuable and useful.
If only part of the session is of interest to you (e.g., perhaps you don’t want the mini-lesson, and just prefer to focus on the energy of the upcoming year) – let me know, and we can tailor our time together to meet your needs.
One final note: Yes, I’m a licensed therapist. But to be clear: Astrology is not therapy. Hopefully, the astrology reading will help you, and lend itself in a direction that’s beneficial in your life, of course. Perhaps you’ll learn more about yourself and come out of the reading with new insights and knowledge. But if you’re seeking a therapist, then an astrology reading probably isn’t what you’re looking for!
Translating the song of the stars is a tool – one that can be applied to your life, as a study of the cycles of time. What do you want to grow, and what vision for your life feels authentic? How can you live in wellness, even when things are hard?
I don’t promise I’ll have answers for you. Rather, together we’ll talk about what specific, personalized questions the planets are reflecting in your life. What stories, themes, and throughlines are playing out? I’ve found that if you have good questions, then the answers – which can only come from you – will flow more easily.
